There were 91 youth in 3-pre through grade 5.

 There was a staff of 50  of which 3/4 of them were teens

 The Theme was Psalms with daily themes of Pray, Ask, Seek, Reoice and Tell.

 This theme also promoted Evangelism

 The program was chosen as an opportunity to study Psalms with youth and because we have the Blue Mound State Park

(Canyon/Quarry) in Luverne.which made for a soggy (Yes the Lord chose this day to bless us with needed rain) field trip. 

 21 students and adults are attending the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans in July.

We were asked to provide school supplies for youth in New Orleans as our mission project.

 The VBS children raised a total of $ 476.74 for school supplies.

They were inspired by a contest between the boys and girls.

If the boys raised the most money, then Pastor Gloria would kiss a donkey.

If the girls rasied the most money than, Pastor Dan kisses a donkey

The girls raised $ 246.91 and the boys raised $ 229.9.

Pastor Dan kissed the donkey at the culmination of our  program given to our parents.
