Grace Lutheran Property Ministry
Our goal is to administer the operations and maintain the property of the church on a day-to-day basis and to provide a warm and welcome place for worship, prayer, education and gatherings as we continue to “Live in Christ and Grow in Grace.”
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
- Regularly review the safety of the building and property
- Regularly review the need for equipment that will increase efficiency and productivity
- Arrange for immediate repairs of an urgent nature and all normal repairs and alterations for which budget funds have been allocated
- Provide interior and exterior improvements and maintenance of all church property
- Form groups of volunteers to accomplish minor maintenance activities that are not part of the everyday routine
- Review annual lease/service contracts
- Annual check the adequacy of all types of insurance for the church property and equipment
- Establish guidelines for the use of the church facilities and equipment
